Description:
A fun, relaxing, enjoyable new hobby can be yours now! In this course, you will learn how to select the proper wood, tools, make a pattern, select tools for fish carving and carve.  Students can select their favorite species for this class and are encouraged to bring in a photo or illustration of a fish they wish to carve. The instructor is a professional artist and author for over 50 years. Carving blanks and other related supplies will be available for purchase directly from the instructor or independently as per project selection. Potential projects will be discussed the first night of class.
