Senior Citizen Discount
With the exception of certification courses, students aged 60+ are offered classes at a 50% discount on the registration fee. The supply fee is not discounted. Description:
This workshop is designed to provide the student with information on various genealogy resources and how documented research and DNA is utilized as verification of ancestry. Whether you are a novice or experienced researcher, this course can assist you with accessing internet resources such as historical societies, religious records, census, newspapers, cemetery records and more. For interested DNA researchers, please bring your testing results along with access information to the provider website (username & password). The instructor has over 35 years of experience researching genealogy and 8 years of experience with most commercial DNA providers.  Class is held in the computer lab, Tozour Building, Room 105.
